Admission Process & Policy

Nursery to Class II Admission

It will be carried out through observation and interaction which would be held on the same day.
Both the parents should be present. Dates for observation/interaction will be told in advance.

At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted to the Admission office

1. Duly filled in and signed Registration Form.
2. 3 Passport size colour photographs, one pasted on form and the other two should have the name and date of birth of the student.
3. Date of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or an authorized competent authority).
4. Other than class Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Prep and I, transfer certificate in original from the school last attended is to be submitted at the time of admission.

  • Class 1st: Minimum Age – 5 Years
  • Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate (Nursery–Class 1)
  • Latest Passport Size Photographs – 3
  • Aadhaar Card Photocopy
  • Two passport size photographs of parents (Father/Mother)
  • Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (Original)
  • Report Card of Previous Class
    • Class 9th Report Card with PSA Result (for Class 10 admission)
  • CBSE Registration Slip (Class 9th, required for Class 10 admission)
  • Affidavit (Reason to change School, applicable for Class 10)
  • Residence Proof / Job Transfer Proof (applicable for Class 10)
  • Latest Passport Size Photographs – 3
  • Aadhaar Card Photocopy
  • Two passport size photographs of parents (Father/Mother)
  • TC/SLC Original (Duly countersigned for non‑CBSE Student)
  • Character Certificate
  • 10th Class Report Card Photocopy
  • CBSE Registration Slip
    • Class 11th Registration Slip (for Class 12 admission)
  • Migration Certificate (for non‑CBSE / Other State Student, required for Class 11)
  • Affidavit (Reason to change School, applicable for Class 12)
  • Residence Proof / Job Transfer Proof (applicable for Class 12)
  • Latest Passport Size Photographs – 3

Fee Policy

Mode of Payment & Rules

    1. Preferred mode of payment of fees is through bank [Cheque, DD, NEFT/RTGS, Online Transfer].
    2. Parents unable to pay through bank may deposit in Cash.
    3. Fee is payable on bi-monthly basis & must be paid by 10th of the month in which it becomes due.
    4. Fine for late payment of fees & struck off name of student (See Rule 149, Sub-Rule 1 of Haryana School Education Rules 2003).
    5. Fine charged after 10th day of the month for max 10 days. Name struck off on 21st day.
    6. Re-admission rules as per Government Instructions.
    7. Receipt for Fees and Funds [see Rule 159 of Haryana Education Rules 2003].
    – A detailed & printed receipt is issued for every fee & funds collected.
    – Parent must demand a receipt duly signed by authorized person.
    – For any inconvenience, lodge immediate written complaint with the Principal.
